专利摘要:
Roller-type supporting means is disclosed herein for the lance tube of a long retracting sootblower. An assembly of four rollers is mounted in a cradle structure rockable about an axis transverse to the beam of the sootblower and also swingable about a vertical axis radial to the lance tube axis. The sides of the cradle structure are defined by rocker arms capable of limited independent rocking movement. The rollers are laterally and longitudinally spaced from each other and underengage and support the lance tube. The points of engagement between the rollers and the lance tube lie approximately in a common plane which also includes said transverse axis.

(57) The invention relates to a power system, in particular, to a device for cleaning heat transfer surfaces of a boiler unit. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability
and service life of the fan. The support assembly contains two rocker arms located symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the spear tube 1 with diverging arms 14 and 15, hingedly mounted on shafts 12 and 13. For the angular movement of the arm arms around the vertical axis there is a link 8 with arms 10 and 11 rigidly fixed on shafts 12 and 13. The spear pipe 1 is supported by rollers placed in suspensions 18 and 19 fixed on the shoulders extending from the shoulders 14 and 15 of the rocker arms. This support assembly reduces stress concentrations and distributes the loads on the spear tube and rollers when the tube is deformed due to deflection, vibration, heat, and rotation. 4 hp f-ly, 7 ill.

The invention relates to a device for cleaning the heat exchange surfaces of a boiler unit.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of operation and the service life of the fan.
Figure 1 shows a diesel particulate fan, side view; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1; on fig.Z - roller support tool, side view; figure 4 - roller suspension in axonometry; FIG. 3 shows a variant of roller suspension in a perspective view; figure 6 is a variant of the design shown in figure 2; figure 7 is a variant of the design shown in fig.Z.
The particulate fan contains a lance pipe 1, which has the ability to extend into the internal cavity of the boiler for cleaning the heat exchange surfaces. The support assembly includes rocker arms 2 of an inverted U-ot5pa3Horo section with rails on which a trolley 3 is installed to move the pipe along the rocker arms both in the longitudinal direction and at an angle relative to the horizontal axis. At the closed outer end of the lance, the pipe 1 is provided with one or more nozzles 4 through which cleaning fluid from the pipeline 5 is supplied. The supporting unit rests from below on the transverse channel element 6 attached to
the side walls of the crust Esel 2. Substitute- 35 ° axis. The roller 20 is mounted on the shaft

24 on bearings 34 and 35. Each suspension 18 and 19 is formed with thickened walls 36 in order to eliminate the effect of gravity on the pivoting action of the roller. The longitudinal separation of the rollers along the axis of the spear tube contributes to the fact that the lines of contact between the individual rollers and the spear tube are separated one from
12 and 13 respectively. The support unit, the 45THE FRIENDY and not a single roller is in contact, which is supported with the possibility of having the same link with the same parts of the lug with an earring 8, contains a symmetric tube. The four trajectories of the roller shoulders 14 and 15 of the cocoon contact are evenly separated.
The jewel 2, pivotally mounted on the respective shafts 12 and 13. Each of the arms 14 and 15 of the rocker arm includes a pair of diverging arms 16 and 17, angled down, forward and backward from the hinge axis formed by the connecting rod shafts 12 and 13. On the end of each of the shoulders 16 and 17 are placed bearing suspension 18 and 19, each of which is equipped with a roller 20. Four rollers carried by the shoulders
14 and 15 of the rocker arms, lie below and support with the possibility of rolling the lance tube 1. The opposite right and left rollers 20 are in contact with the spear tube 1 at points spaced from one another by 90 along the spear tube 1. Contact points between all the rollers 20 and the spear tube 1 lie in the same plane as the axes of the suspensions 18 and 19, formed by the connecting rod shafts 12 and 13, which contributes to the uniform loading of the rollers under the weight of the spear tube 1. As of the suspensions installed in the supporting gasket 21 on the connecting rod shaft 22 at Ashen about the axis 23, is L - dc radial relative to the pipe 1 and kopevpy
, with about inclined at an angle of 45 to the horizon.
Each roller 20 is rotatably mounted on a shaft 24 mounted in the side arms 25 and 26 of its suspensions. Each suspension is also equipped with bearings 27 and 28 placed above and below the gasket 21. The walls of the gasket 39 and 30 protect the sub-holders from contamination. The crank shaft 22 has a lubricating seal 31 and is secured with a nut 32, which, when tightened, acts through the lower bearing 28 on the flange 33 of the crank shaft 22 to regulate the rotation of the suspension relative to rotation 24 on the bearings 34 and 35. Each suspension 18 and 19 is made with thickened 36 d in order to eliminate the effect of the tin on the swiveling action of the roller. The longitudinal separation of the rollers along the axis of the spear tube contributes to the fact that the lines of contact between the individual rollers and the spear tube are separated one from
one from another along the lance tube, whereby the load is distributed and the pressure on the lance tube is minimized.
If the device is used in a non-oscillating fan, the support rollers 20 can be fixed in the angular position with the help of a screw 37, which enters the connecting rod shaft 22 through the suspension bracket 18. In addition, the gasket 21 is made with an arc-shaped 3 3171507
version 38, through which the second one with all the rollers and not worn the overflow screw 39 passes into the carrier of the rifle of any of them, the suspension 18.
The two rear and two front sackers 21 can be connected by connecting means, which allow the rollers, moreover, are pivotally rotated around the axles 23 and therefore
make a continuous rolling in a spiral, not allowing the sliding friction between the spear tube 1 and the rollers 20.

vertical movements of the beam arms 14 and 15. From each gasket 21, juxtaposed cantilever leaks 40 and 41, which carry a pivot pin .42, are bolted down onto which the bolt 43 is fixed. The bolt 44 is mounted on the opposite gasket. The threads on the bolts 43 and 44 are reversed in order to use the clamping coupling 45, which connects the bolts 43 and 44 to adjust and fix the inter-2o distance, the longitudinal and angular return-shim gaskets 21. On one of the bolts, the axial displacement thereof, a lock nut 46 is provided for securing the coupling 45. The hole in the ear of each of the bolts 43 and 44 slightly exceeds the diameter of the hinge pin 42, 25 of operation and the service life of the fan, and the distance between sections 40 and 41 is provided with two rocker arms exceeds the bolt width to ensure symmetrically with respect to the small longitudinal movement of the longitudinal axis of the pipe and having spacers on opposite sides of the moving shoulders, hingedly mounted — a support node that will be proceeding on the transverse axis with the ability to extend if the arms of the rocker arm are angularly displaced around the latter to different angular positions in the re- and fixture for the angular transverse of the curvature of the spear tube. The spacer of the arms of the rocker arms around the vertical is supported. The supporting structure can be supported by the supporting axis, made in the form of sharring on top of a suspension arm mounted on the shaft 35
Thus, this support assembly significantly reduces stress concentration and distributes the loads on the spear tube in the rollers.
